Home Office Assessment

Sports Massage is a soft tissue treatment with reported benefits for tired and stressed muscles. This treatment does not involve any assessment or injury diagnosis. The treatment is non invasive and pain free with patient providing input regarding massage pressure and depth. Treatment can be helpful for those involved in regular sporting / training activities, or people experiencing muscle aches from normal day to day life.
